I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Bei der Erstellung des Anhangs wurde von den Erleichterungsvorschriften entsprechend für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i.S.d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB teilweise Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht den Vorschriften der §§ 266 ff HGB.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen aktiviert.

Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten unter Berücksichtigung von Anschaffungs-nebenkosten und -preisminderungen aktiviert. Die planmäßigen linearen Abschreibungen erfolgten unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer.

Die Sofortabschreibung geringwertiger Wirtschaftsgüter wird als Zugang und Abgang ausgewiesen.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit ihren Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.

In den Rückstellungen wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten berücksichtigt und mit dem notwendigem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Sonstige Angaben

1. Mitarbeiter

Im Geschäftsjahr wurden durchschnittlich 12,00 (Vorjahr: 4,75) Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
