financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Allgemeine Angaben zur Bewertung und Bilanzierung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt, unter Berücksichtigung der Sondervorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 265 bis 283 HGB.

Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach linearer und degressiver Methode im Rahmen der handels- und steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgte in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führte.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800,00 € wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Im übrigen wird auf die Anlage verwiesen.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips.

Die unfertigen Leistungen wurden zu den Herstellungskosten (retrograd) bewertet. Neben den direkt zurechenbaren Kosten wurden auch Fertigungsgemeinkosten mit einbezogen.

Bei den Forderungen sind erkennbare Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Dem allgemeinen Kreditrisiko ist durch Wertberichtigungen zu Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen ausreichend Rechnung getragen worden.

In der Aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzung sind enthalten zeitanteilige und voll vorausbezahlte Kosten des folgenden Geschäftsjahres.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuß in Höhe von 130.584,68 € wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen und mit dem Gewinnvortrag verrechnet..
Der Gewinnvortrag zum 31. Dezember 2023 beträgt 1.507.840,54 € .

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Angaben über Steuern vom Einkommen und vom Ertrag

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 lagen keine besonderen Umstände vor. Die Steuerbelastungen betreffen ausschließlich das Ergebnis der gewöhnlichen Geschäftstätigkeit.
