Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

I. BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN

1. Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und planmäßig abgeschrieben. Bei der Bemessung der Abschreibungen wird die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer zu Grunde gelegt. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter bis 800 Euro werden aus Vereinfachungsgründen im Jahr des Zuganges voll abgeschrieben.

2. Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte grundsätzlich zum Nennwert.

3. Die Bewertung der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert.

4. Die Rückstellungen sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet worden. Sie sind notwendig und ausreichend bemessen.

5. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet.

II. SONSTIGE ANGABEN

1. Zu Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr 2023 Herr Dirk Borgman, Quickborn

bestellt.

Der Geschäftsführer ist alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

2. Es bestehen Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 22.111,35 EUR.
