Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 264 i. V. m § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt.



II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend:

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer und entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear oder degressiv vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bewertet. Den risikobehafteten Posten wird durch die Bildung angemessener Wertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
