Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss, zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der handelsrechtliche Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der gesetzlichen Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff HGB, dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) und den Verlautbarungen der Bundessteuerberaterkammer erstellt. Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den Vorschriften des HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2020 wurde nach dem Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen wurden übernommen.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßig nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend handelsrechtlicher und steuerlicher Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Im Kalenderjahr 2020 wurde das Wahlrecht für die Sofortabschreibung für geringfügige Wirtschaftsgüter bis 800 EUR in Anspruch genommen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich der Anschaffungsnebenkosten oder zu niedrigeren Tageswerten angesetzt.

Bei den Forderungen wurden erkennbare Risiken durch Abschreibungen berücksichtigt.

Steuerrückstellungen waren für das Kalenderjahr 2020 nicht zu bilden. Der passivierte Stand der latenten Steuern zum 31.12.2020 beträgt 0,00 €.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB aus nicht bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten liegen nicht vor.

Im Geschäftsjahr 2020 wurde die alleinige Geschäftsführung wahrgenommen durch den alleinigen Gesellschafter Herrn Ole Knickrehm, Quickborn.

Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechend die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage der Kapitalgesellschaft zutreffend wieder.
