auf den 31.12.2012

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma WUB Bröhl GmbH, Dresden, für das Geschäftsjahr 01.01.2012 bis 31.12.2012 wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches unter Beachtung ergänzender Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff HGB) in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes sowie des GmbH - Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Allgemeine Angaben

Gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB handelt es sich bei der Gesellschaft um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den Größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach §§ 266 (1), 274a, 276 und 288 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss der WUB Bröhl GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 (2) HGB gewählt.

Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung wird nach allgemeinen handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsmethoden vorgenommen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden werden zum Bilanzstichtag einzeln und vorsichtig nach folgenden Maßstäben bewertet:

A K T I V S E I T E

Das Anlagevermögen wird grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.

Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, bewertet.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 3 HGB linear und zeitanteilig entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Sämtliche Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

P A S S I V S E I T E

Die Rückstellungen decken ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und Wagnisse sowie dem Geschäftsjahr zuzuordnende Aufwendungen. Sie werden in Höhe der Beträge gebildet, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig sind.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. Für weitere ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten waren keine Risiken erkennbar. Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig.

Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft hat am 06.12.2000 mit der WMB Beteiligungs GmbH & Co. KG als herrschenden Gesellschafter einen Beherrschungs- und Ergebnisabführungsvertrag abgeschlossen.

Während des Geschäftsjahres 01.01.2012 bis 31.12.2012 wurden die Geschäfte durch die Geschäftsführer
