Die Gesellschaft ist gem § 267 HGB eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.
Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bezüglich Form und Darstellung wird Gebrauch gemacht (§326 HGB).

Die Bilanzerstellung erfolgte vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses.

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit den Anschaffungs-/Herstellungskosten vermindert um auf der Grundlage der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer ermittelten Abschreibungsbeträge angesetzt.
Der Ansatz der Finanzanlagen erfolgte mit dem Nennwert.
Die Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Nennwert aktiviert.

II. Grundlagen für Währungsumrechung
Es wurden keine Fremdwährungskonten unterhalten oder Geschäfte in Fremdwährung getätigt.

III. Abweichungen von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Eine Änderung der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber den Vorjahren erfolgte nicht.

IV. Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren
