Anhang

A. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Sachanlagen werden zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibung angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden innerhalb der steuerrechtlich zugelassenen Zeiträume linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Bei beweglichen Anlagegegenständen erfolgt der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung, sobald dies zu höheren Jahresabschreibungen führt. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410 Euro (geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Zur Berücksichtigung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos werden Pauschalwertberichtigungen gebildet. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum nominal Wert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Soweit erforderlich wurden die Beträge gemäß § 253 Abs. 2 HGB abgezinst.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Informationen zur Bilanz

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro.
