A. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die BQ Projects GmbH, Duisburg, ist eine kleine GmbH im Sinne des § 267 HGB.
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB).

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden (§ 284 Abs. 2 Ziffer 1 HGB)

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ergibt sich aus dem beigefügten Anlagenspiegel.

Die entgeltlich erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens und die Sachanlagen werden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten abzüglich Anschaffungskostenminderungen aktiviert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt.

Der Ansatz der sonstigen Aktiva erfolgt zu Nennwerten.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden zu Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Restlaufzeit der Verbindlichkeiten zum Bilanzstichtag ist vermerkt.

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren betrug zum Bilanzstichtag € 0,00.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde unter Anwendung des Gesamtkostenverfahrens gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB erstellt.

C. Sonstige Angaben
Angaben gem. § 285 Nr. 11 HGB

Als Geschäftsführer waren zum Bilanzstichtag Achim Quaken, Ratingen und Marc Bauschlicher, Duisburg, bestellt.

Die Ausnahmeregelung des § 286 Abs. 4 HGB wurde angewendet.

Die Geschäftsführung beabsichtigt den Jahresfehlbetrag von € 34.962,04 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
