Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 30. September 2012 der TechniDoc GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die Änderungen bei den Form der Darstellung und der bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden berücksichtigt.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen. Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens mit einem Wert bis Euro 410,00 ( geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter) werden im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Die Aufgliederung des Anlagevermögens zum 30. September 2012 und die Entwicklung im Geschäftsjahr ergeben sich aus dem als Anlage beigefügten Anlagenspiegel.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt, und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.
Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen Euro 0,00.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.
Besondere Besicherungen bestehen nicht.
