Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss der Software 7 GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffung- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bis einschließlich 150,00 € wurden nach den Regeln des § 6 Abs. 2 und Abs. 2 a EStG dem Sofortabzug als Betriebsausgabe unterworfen.

Bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten mit einem Wert von 150,01 € bis 1.000,00 € werden in einem Sammelposten gebucht und nach den Regeln des § 6 Abs. 2 und Abs. 2 a EStG über einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert, dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert angesetzt. Bei zweifelhaft einbringlichen Forderungen werden Einzelwertberichtigungen vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Steuerrückstellungen und sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.

Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.
