A. Allgemeine Angaben
Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2014 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften gem. §§ 264a ff HGB aufgestellt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine Gesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 HGB.

B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Im Jahresabschluss wurden keine Ansatzwahlrechte oder Bilanzierungshilfen in Anspruch genommen.
Ausweiswahlrechte sind nicht ausgeübt worden.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgten grundsätzlich linear nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer.
Ausgangswert für die Bewertung von Handelswaren waren die durchschnittlichen Anschaffungspreise. Abwertungen, auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert wurden, soweit notwendig, vorgenommen.
Die Bewertung von Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nominalwert. Alle erkennbaren Risiken sind durch abgesetzte Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.
Die Bewertung der flüssigen Mittel ist mit dem Nennwert erfolgt. Zinsen wurden in alter Rechnung verbucht.
Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte zum Rückzahlungsbetrag.
