ANHANG

1. Pflichtangaben gem. §§ 284, 285, 288 u. 326 HGB

a) Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der LMTC GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2011 wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Von der Möglichkeit, Berichtspflichten im Anhang statt in der Bilanz bzw. Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zu erfüllen, wurde Gebrauch gemacht.

Die Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Bilanzierungswahlrechte wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

b) Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

§ 284 (2) 1 HGB

Die Forderungen sind grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag ausgewiesen.

Rückstellungen sind in der Höhe des Betrages angesetzt, mit dem die Gesellschaft voraussichtlich in Anspruch genommen wird oder den sie zur Abdeckung des Risikos benötigt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind - unter Beachtung des Imparitätsprinzips - mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen.

c) sonstige Angaben

§ 285 Nr. 1 HGB

Nr. 1a

Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten per 31.12.2011 mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt € 0,00.

Nr. 1b

Die Berichtsfirma weist im Geschäftsjahr 2011 keine Verbindlichkeiten aus, die durch Pfandrechte oder ähnliche Rechte gesichert sind.

Die Geschäftsführung wird durch Herrn Bernhard Lammers ausgeübt.
