A. Anlagevermögen

I. Sachanlagen

Die Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten bewertet und - soweit abnutzbar - planmäßig abgeschrieben. Bei der Bemessung der Abschreibung wurden die planmäßigen Abschreibungssätze zu Grunde gelegt.

II. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Im vorliegenden Wirtschaftsjahr sind nur Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände unter dieser Position ausgewiesen. Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt und zum Bilanzstichtag im Einzelnen nachgewiesen. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände betreffen u.a. eine Gesellschafterverrechnung sowie Vorsteuer im Folgejahr abziehbar.

III. Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten

Die Postition betrifft ein Bankguthaben, das durch Belege nachgewiesen ist sowie den Kassenbestand.

PASSIVA

A. Kapital

Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000,-- € ist vollständig eingezahlt.

B. Rückstellungen

In dieser Position sind sonstige Rückstellungen ausgewiesen.

C. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgte mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen. Im Gesamtbetrag sind u.a. Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen, Verbindlichkeiten ggü. Kreditinstituten und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten enthalten.
