Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt nund Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlusstag die Größenmerkmale einer kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB aus. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen werden wahrgenommen.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethode
Die Bewertung erfolgt gem § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Unternehmensfortführung.(going concern) Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet.Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Rückzahlungbeträgen bewertet. Rückstellungen werden für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden zu Rückzahlungsbeträgen bewertet. Sämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
