Nach den in § 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden:

Die Erstellung vorliegenden Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Im Einzelnen ergaben sich nachfolgende Wertansätze:

Sachanlagen sind unter Abzug planmäßiger Abschreibungen bilanziert. Vorräte sind mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden wert ausgewiesen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Wert ihrer mutmaßlichen Realisierung bewertet.

Bankguthaben sind zum Nominalwert ausgewiesen.

Das Stammkapital war in satzungsgemäßer Höhe auszuweisen.

Sonstige Rückstellungen sind in Höhe mutmaßlicher Beanspruchungen in der Zukunft ausgewiesen. Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sowie Sonstige Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem erfüllungsbetrag bewertet.

Verbindlichkeiten sind in Höhe der von dritten geltend gemachten Verpflichtung ausgewiesen.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben:

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte durch Herr Lars Bahlmann geführt.
