a) Grundsatzangaben

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden:
Die Vermögensgegenstände werden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten und die Schulden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt. Etwaige Wahlrechte im Bilanzansatz wurden durchgängig nach steuerlichen Grundsätzen entschieden.
Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten vermindert um im Geschäftsjahr 2012 planmäßig fortgeführte Abschreibungen bewertet. Beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen erfolgt die Abschreibung grundsätzlich linear.
Im Geschäftsjahr 2012 wurden Sonderanschreibung gem. § 7 g Abs. 3 EStG nicht in Anspruch genommen.
Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten bei Anwendung zulässiger Bewertungsvereinfachungsverfahren angesetzt.
Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die Gesellschaft ist zum 31.12.2012 buchmäßig überschuldet. Der Geschäftsführer wurde auf die gesetzlichen Konsequenzen der Überschuldung hingewiesen.
Aus diesem Grund hat der Gesellschafter Hans Tünneßen, Rommerskirchen, eine unbefristete Rangrücktritts-erklärung abgegeben.
Der Gesellschafter Hans Tünneßen tritt hinsichtlich seiner Forderungen in Höhe von 184.379,29 € (Stand 31.12.2012) hinter sämtliche Gläubiger der Gesellschaft derartig zurück, dass die Befriedung der Forderungen nur erfolgen soll, wenn eine Überschuldung der Gesellschaft nachhaltig nicht mehr besteht.

b) Sonstige Angaben

Im Berichtsjahr wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft von Herrn Hans Tünneßen, Rommerskirchen, geführt.
Außer dem Geschäftsführer waren im Berichtsjahr keine weiteren Organe bestellt.
