Anhang

Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der Firma POLYPLANET GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung zu beachten.

Darüber hinaus wurden die Grundsätze ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung und Bilanzierung berücksichtigt.

1. Aktiva

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßig nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen (linear), angesetzt. Die Nutzungsdauer beträgt zwischen drei und fünf Jahren.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Es wurde sowohl eine Einzelwertberichtung, als auch eine Pauschalwertberichtigung gebildet.

2. Passiva

Rückstellungen wurden für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben und Erläuterungen

Bezüglich der Vermerke zur Restlaufzeit einzelner Bilanzpositionen (sogenannter "Davon-Vermerk" bei Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten) wird darauf hingewiesen, dass jeder einzelne in die jeweilige Bilanzposition einfließende Vermögens- oder Schuldposten (d. h. jedes einzelne Buchungskonto) mit seiner individuell ihm zu Grunde liegenden Gesamtrestlaufzeit eingeordnet wird. Eine zusätzliche Aufteilung (und somit ein Ausweis) dieser jeweiligen Gesamtrestlaufzeit der einzelnen Vermögens- oder Schuldposten (d. h. der einzelnen Buchungskonten) in die unterschiedlichen Restlaufzeitsegmente wurde (zwecks besserer Übersichtlichkeit im Kontennachweis zur Bilanz) nicht vorgenommen.

Die Verbindlichkeiten der Gesellschaft gegenüber dem Gesellschafter belaufen sich auf insgesamt 3.706,17 €.

Die Geschäfte des Unternehmens wurden während des abgelaufenen Geschäfts-jahres ohne Unterbrechung von Herrn Simon Wilkens geführt.
