Anhang

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung
einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Der Jahresabschluss der RoSolution GmbH software-engineering & communication wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Neuregelungen des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes wurden berücksichtigt.

Für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren die nachfolgenden Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechenden steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Es wurden keine Einzelrisiken bei den Forderungen erkennbar und somit auch keine Abschreibungen berücksichtigt.

Bei den Posten sonstige Vermögensgegenstände handelt es sich um Beträge, die erst nach dem Bilanzstichtag zu Einnahmen werden, aber zum Zweck der periodengerechten Gewinnermittlung bereits zum Bilanzstichtag als Ertrag erfaßt wurden.
Die Abgrenzung dient der periodengerechten Gewinnermittlung. Die Beträge haben Forderungscharakter.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen.

Die ausgewiesenen Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.
