Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB unter der Beachtung der ergänzenden Bestimmungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt.

Angaben zur Vermittlung eines besseren Einblicks in die Vermögens-, Finanz- und Ertragslage

Die nachfolgenden, zusätzlichen Angaben sind bei der Beurteilung der wirtschaftlichen Lage zu beachten:

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Im Berichtsjahr wurden keine Zugänge für selbst geschaffene immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter

des Anlagevermögens aktiviert.

Abschreibung auf selbst geschaffene immaterielle Wirtschaftsgüter wurde im Berichtsjahr

in Höhe von 19.062,50 EUR vorgenommen.

Zudem wurde eine Teilwertabschreibung in Höhe von 16.953,00 EUR vorgenommen.

Der Ausschüttungssperre gemäß § 268 Abs. 8 HGB unterliegt ein Betrag von 30.301,46 EUR.

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

In die Herstellungskosten wurden neben den unmittelbar zurechenbaren Kosten auch notwendige Gemeinkosten und durch die Fertigung veranlasste Abschreibungen einbezogen.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear und degressiv vorgenommen.

Der Übergang von der degressiven zur linearen Abschreibung erfolgt in den Fällen, in denen dies zu einer höheren Jahresabschreibung führt.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden wie folgt angesetzt und bewertet:

- Beteiligungen zu Anschaffungskosten

- Anteile an verbundenen Unternehmen zu Anschaffungskosten

- Ausleihungen zum Nennwert

- unverzinsliche und niedrig verzinsliche Ausleihungen zum Barwert

- sonstige Wertpapiere zu Anschaffungskosten

Soweit erforderlich, wurde der am Bilanzstichtag vorliegende niedrigere Wert angesetzt.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Sofern die Tageswerte am Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurden diese angesetzt.

Forderungen und Wertpapiere wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr liegen in Höhe von 226.784,08 EUR

vor (Vj. 247.370,84 EUR).

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit über 1 Jahr liegen in Höhe von 10.795,27 EUR vor

(Vj. 22.495,15 EUR).

Gegenüber dem Gesellschafter und Geschäftsführer bestehen Verbindlichkeiten

in Höhe von 127.056,22 EUR (Vj. 123.428,48 EUR).

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.
