Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der Elektro PIGO mbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn - und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang durchgeführt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um die planmäßigen Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800 Euro, wurden im Jahr des Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommen werden.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren

Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag 0,00 Euro (Vorjahr 0,00 Euro).

Inanspruchnahme aus Haftungsverhältnissen

Mit einer Inanspruchnahme aus den Haftungsverhältnissen ist nicht zu rechnen, da keine Verpflichtungen, aus denen eine Inanspruchnahme resultieren könnte, eingegangen wurden.

Ausschüttungssperre

Eine Ausschüttungssperre ist mehr gegeben. Eine Ausschüttung erfolgte nicht.

Verwendung Jahresüberschuss

Der Jahresüberschuss, in Höhe von 8.501,52 €, wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
