Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gem. §§ 246 ff und §§ 264 ff HGB sowie nach den Vorschriften des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt. Nach den in § 267, 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft. Somit gelten die Vorschriften für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften. Von den Erleichterungen der §§ 264 Abs.1 Satz 3, 274a und 288 Satz 1 HGB ist Gebrauch gemacht worden.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren im Wesentlichen die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgeblich.

Anlagevermögen

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte werden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen gemindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs-, bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und wird, soweit abnutzbar, nach Maßgabe der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände um planmäßige lineare Abschreibung verringert.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter von einem Wert bis zu einem Wert von Euro 800,00 wurden im Jahr des Zuganges voll abgeschrieben.

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Allen erkennbaren Risiken wird durch angemessene Abwertung Rechnung getragen.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten und werden auf Basis von Einzelberechnung und Erfahrungswerten angesetzt. Sie tragen allen erkennbaren Risiken Rechnung.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gewinnverwendung/ Jahresfehlbetrag

Es wird das Jahresergebnis von EUR 5.411,14 auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
