Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2024

1. Allgemeine Angaben zu Inhalt und Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die ASC Technologies GmbH ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Saarbrücken unter

HRB 18259 eingetragen.

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2024 ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewandten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die ASC Technologies GmbH weist zum Bilanzstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte im Geschäftsjahr 2024 durchschnittlich 20 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 18 Arbeitnehmer).

Die Bilanz wurde gem. § 266 HGB erstellt. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Bewertung der Finanzanlagen erfolgt zu Anschaffungskosten (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB).

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Bankguthaben und flüssige Mittel sind zu Nominalwerten bilanziert.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von EUR 50.000,00 wird zu 100 % von der ASC Technologies AG, Hösbach, gehalten.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten betreffen vor allem die Lohn- sowie die Umsatzsteuer.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahr wurde die Gesellschaft gesetzlich vertreten durch:
