I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

1. Die Gesellschaft mit dem Sitz in Salzkotten, wird beim Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Paderborn unter der Nummer HRB 11559 geführt.

2. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267a Abs. 1 HGB auf.

3. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

4. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Vergleich zum Vorjahr nicht geändert.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

5. Von dem Wahlrecht zur Aktivierung selbstgeschaffener immaterieller Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die Bewertung erfolgt zu Herstellungskosten, d. h. mit den bei der Entwicklung anfallenden Aufwendungen (255 Abs. 2a. HGB); diese entsprechen den Vollkosten (255 Abs. 2 HGB).

6. Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen bewertet. Bei der Bemessung der Nutzungsdauer wird auf die betrieblichen Erfahrungen abgestellt. Die beweglichen Anlagegüter wurden nach der linearen Methode abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

7. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Nominalwerten bewertet. Wertberichtigungen wurden im erforderlichen Umfang gebildet.

8. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert bilanziert.

9. Passivierungspflichtige Rückstellungen wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kauf-männischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag bemessen.

10. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

11. Die Verbindlichkeiten haben in Höhe von 289.839,71 EUR (Vj. 286.384,75 EUR) eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

12. Haftungsverhältnisse bestanden zum Abschlussstichtag nicht.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

13. Die Geschäftsführung wurde während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres von den Geschäftsführern Alexander Gees, Salzkotten und Rene Schmidt, Paderborn, wahrgenommen. Die Geschäftsführer sind alleinvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
