financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis 31. Dezember 2023

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der BioSolveIT GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 242 ff. und 264 ff. HGB) und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes sowie des Gesellschaftsvertrages aufgestellt.

Für die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft in entsprechender Anwendung der Größenkriterien, wie eine "kleine Kapitalgesellschaft" einzuordnen.

Die BioSolveIT GmbH mit Sitz in Sankt Augustin wird im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes Siegburg unter der Nummer HR B 6261 geführt.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden stellen sich - unverändert zum Vorjahr - wie folgt dar:

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten, zuzüglich Anschaffungsnebenkosten, abzüglich Skonti aktiviert und - soweit abnutzbar - planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Planmäßige Abschreibungen werden linear unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.

Geringwertige bewegliche Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten von 250,00 € bis zu 800,00 € werden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen wurden nicht vorgenommen.

Die liquiden Mittel werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Rückstellungen decken alle bis zur Bilanzaufstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, die das abgelaufene Geschäftsjahr betreffen, angemessen und ausreichend ab. Sie sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Erfüllungsbeträgen passiviert.

Die Bewertung der Fremdwährungsposten erfolgt zum Bilanzstichtag mit dem zu diesem Zeitpunkt maßgeblichen Euro-Referenzkurs.

Bei den passiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten handelt es sich um bereits vereinnahmte Erlöse, die die folgenden Geschäftsjahre betreffen.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

Der ausgewiesene Bilanzgewinn enthält einen Gewinnvortrag aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von 1.995.768,95 €. Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde eine Gewinnausschüttung in Höhe von 150.000,00 € vorgenommen.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

1. Anzahl der beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden durchschnittlich 27 Arbeitnehmer (Vorjahr: 25) beschäftigt.

2. Gesellschaftsorgane

Zum alleinvertretungsberechtigten Geschäftsführer ist bestellt:

Herr Dr. Christian Lemmen, Lohmar

Er ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.

3. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen

Zum Bilanzstichtag bestehen keine wesentlichen sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen.
