Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma des Unternehmens lautet Braintower Technologies GmbH. Das Unternehmen hat seinen Sitz in St. Ingbert und ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Saarbrücken unter HRB 13426 eingetragen.

Vorliegender Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2022 der Braintower Technologies GmbH, St. Ingbert, wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Das Unternehmen stellt eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 HGB dar.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach den Vorschriften des § 266 HGB, die Gliederung der GuV nach den Vorschriften des § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren).

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis 250 EUR wurden im Zugangsjahr sofort als Aufwand verbucht. Vermögensgegenstände mit Anschaffungskosten bis 800 EUR wurden sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt und unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet.

Rückstellungen wurden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlichen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten betragen nicht länger als ein Jahr.

Die Verbindlichkeiten enthalten solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von TEUR 0,2 (Vorjahr: TEUR 0,4).

Das Unternehmen beschäftigte im Jahresdurchschnitt 34 Arbeitnehmer.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer im Jahr 2022 waren Herr Nicholas Wagner (Account- und Projektmanager) und Herr Florian Wiethoff (Account- und Projektmanager).
