Angaben zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Beachtung der generellen Ansatzvorschriften der §§ 246-251 HGB sowie unter Berücksichtigung der besonderen Ansatzvorschriften der Kapital-gesellschaften, §§ 265,268-274a, §§ 276-277 HGB, und unter Beachtung der generellen Bewertungsvorschriften der §§ 252-256a HGB erstellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten, soweit nicht neue Erkenntnisse eine abweichende Bewertung erforderten bzw. sich durch den Ansatz der neuen HGB Vorschriften nach BilRUG ergaben.

Anlagevermögen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Umlaufvermögen

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, Kassenbestand, Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten

Die Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet. Die sonstigen Forderungen sowie der Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Rückstellungen und Verbindlichkeiten

Für die Rückstellung aus einer Pensionsverpflichtung besteht ein Unterschiedsbetrag aus dem Ansatz mit einem durchschnittlichen Marktzins der vergangenen 10 Jahre in Höhe von 16.251,00 EUR. Der aufgrund der Übergangsvorschrift des BilMoG verteilte Anpassungsbetrag wird jährlich mit 1/15 gewinnmindert berücksichtigt. Der Stand zum 31.12.2016 beträgt 7.711,00 EUR. Die ausgewiesenen aktiven latenten Steuern betreffen die Rückstellungsdifferenz der Pensionszusage. Es besteht zum 31.12.2015 eine Ausschüttungssperre in Höhe von 5.398,00 EUR.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen umfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und sind nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet.

Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen ausgewiesen.

Sonstige Angaben

Im Geschäftsjahre beschäftigte die Gesellschaft im Durchschnitt 3 Arbeitnehmer.

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens von den Geschäftsführern Joachim Wellenkamp, Kaufmann und Silke Wellenkamp, Medienfachfrau geführt.
