Allgemeine Angaben und Angabe der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die SMB Maler GmbH wurde durch notariellen Vertrag mit Wirkung zum 24. Juni 1993 errichtet.

Die Gesellschaft ist beim Amtsgericht Jena unter der Nummer HRB 302793 registriert.

Die GmbH ist eine unbeschränkt steuerpflichtige Kapitalgesellschaft
i.S. § 1 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 Körperschaftsteuergesetz.
Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und der GmbH-Gesetze aufgestellt

Zum Bilanzstichtag 31.12.2023 war der Sitz der Gesellschaft in 98553 Schleusingen.

Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist das Maler- und Lackierhandwerk, Fassadenerneuerung, Trockenbau und Fußbodenverlegung.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des HGB und des GmbHG unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgte nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren.

Aktiva

Anlagevermögen

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde mit den um die planmäßige Abschreibung geminderten Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt.
Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen.
Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Jahr des Zugangs vollständig abgeschrieben.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Bestände an Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sind mit den Anschaffungskosten aktiviert.
Ein dauerhaft niedrigerer Teilwert lag nicht vor.

Fertige und unfertige Bauleistungen sind gemäß § 255 Abs. 2 HGB und entsprechend dem zum Bilanzstichtag vorliegenden Leistungsstand mit den Herstellungskosten bewertet worden.
Zinsen für Fremdkapital wurden nicht einbezogen.

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen sind zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.
In Höhe der zweifelhaften Forderungen ergeben sich Einzelwertberichtigungen.
Zur Deckung des allgemeinen Kredit- und Ausfallrisikos besteht eine Pauschalwertberichtigung auf den nicht einzelwertberichtigten Forderungsbestand.

Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Gesellschaften bestanden in Höhe von 18.167,17 €.
Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bzw. zum Nennwert bewertet.

Kassen- und Bankbestände sind belegmäßig nachgewiesen.

Aktive Rechnungsabgrenzung

Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungen wurden entsprechend den Vorschriften des HGB gebildet und betreffen insbesondere Aufwendungen für Finanzierungskosten.

Passiva

Eigenkapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital der Gesellschaft beträgt 102.258,38 € und ist in voller Höhe eingezahlt.

Rückstellungen

Rückstellungen wurden entsprechend den bestehenden Rechtsgründen gebildet. Es werden alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen berücksichtigt, sowie bestimmte der übrigen, ihrer Eigenart nach genau umschriebene dem Geschäftsjahr oder einem früheren Geschäftsjahr zuzuordnende Aufwendungen.

Auf den Ausweis latenter Steuern wurde in Anwendung des § 274a HGB verzichtet.

Rückstellungen für Gewährleistungen wurden in Höhe des zu erwartenden Erfüllungsbetrages passiviert.

Verbindlichkeiten

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlbetrag angesetzt.
Sämtliche Einzelpositionen sind im Kontennachweis zur Bilanz detailliert ausgewiesen.

Es bestehen Verbindlichkeiten

1. bis zu 1 Jahr in Höhe von 754.493,45 €
2. 1-5 Jahre 35.217,21 €,
3. über 5 Jahre von 0,00 €.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind besichert.

Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlbetrag angesetzt.
Im Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung waren sie ausgeglichen.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten umfassen solche aus Lohn und Gehalt, Altersversorgung sowie aus der Umsatzsteuer. Diese sind zum Zeitpunkt der Bilanzerstellung ausgeglichen.
Zum 31.12.2023 waren 45 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.

Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die einzelnen Positionen der Gewinn und Verlustrechnung sind aus dem Kontennachweis der Gewinn und Verlustrechnung ersichtlich.
