Anhang für das Wirtschaftsjahr 2023

Vorbemerkung Die better decisions GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in Berlin. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Charlottenburg unter HR 194518 B eingetragen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des Gesetzes - betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung - aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden im Vergleich zum Vorjahr beibehalten.

II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie das Sach- und Finanzanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet und soweit abnutzbar, entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen Methode planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Die im Jahr 2023 angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter übersteigen den Wert von EUR 800,00 nicht und wurden somit sofort abgeschrieben.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögengegenständen wurden zum Nennwert ausgewiesen.

Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung gebildet und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verpflichtungen.

Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Als aktive/passive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden Zahlungen vor dem Abschlussstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand und Ertrag für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Abschlussstichtag darstellen.

III. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

IV. Ergebnisverwendung

Der Jahresüberschuss in Höhe von EUR 753.224,10 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.

V. Sonstige Angaben

Geschäftsführer waren im Jahr 2023 Herr Lukas Schomberg, Dortmund, Frau Sabrina Wolter, Schildow und Nancy Grau, Berlin.
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 waren durchschnittlich 44 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Die Gesellschafterversammlung hat den Jahresabschluss 2023 am 28.12.2024 festgestellt und genehmigt.

VI. Angaben gemäß § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

Darlehensforderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern bzw. denen nahestehenden Personen bestehen in Höhe von T €800 gegenüber der 2k ventures GmbH und in Höhe von T €493 gegenüber der better decisions group GmbH. Diese wurden mit 3,85% p.a. verzinst. Die Restlaufzeiten betragen mehr als 1 Jahr.
