Anhang

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.
Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu
beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden:

Die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und,
soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die Abschreibungen
wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Anlagegegenstände und
entsprechend steuerlichen Vorschriften linear vorgenommen.

Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis EUR
800,00 wurden gem. § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr der Anschaffung voll abgeschrieben.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bewertet.
Nach Auskunft der Geschäftsführung waren keine Einzelwertberichtigungen
vorzunehmen. Dem allgemeinen Ausfall- und Zinsrisiko wurde durch eine pauschale
Wertberichtigung ausreichend Rechnung getragen.

Die liquiden Mittel sind mit dem Nominalwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt.

In den Rückstellungen sind möglichen Einzelrisiken Rechnung getragen. Sie wurden
nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung bemessen und sind notwendig wie
ausreichend.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

B. Sonstige Angaben

Die Geschäfte der NOVEDAS Consulting GmbH wurden im Jahr 2023 von den
Geschäftsführern Herrn Kai Hunold, Unternehmensberater, Berlin und Herrn Rainer
Raupach, Unternehmensberater, Berlin geführt.
