ANHANG

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der offektiv GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH Gesetzes zu beachten.

Für die Gewinn und Verlustrechung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Gegenüber dem Vorjahr abweichende Bilanzierungs-und Bewertungsmethoden

Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten Biilanzierungs-und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen übernommenwerden.

Ein grundlegender Wechsel von Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt.

Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Anatol Wiecki geführt.

Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.
