I. Allgemeine Angaben

Allgemeine Angaben und Gliederung

Die Hembach Photonik GmbH, Schwabach, wird vom Registergericht Nürnberg unter der Nummer 27181 geführt.

Bei der Hembach Photonik GmbH handelt es sich zum Stichtag um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.d. § 267 HGB.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Berücksichtigung der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nach den Bestimmungen des HGB gegliedert.

Abweichungen zum Vorjahr sind nicht gegeben; Anpassungen im Ausweis waren daher nicht erforderlich.

Aus Gründen der Übersichtlichkeit wurden Angaben gemäß § 253 Abs. 6 S. 3, § 268 Abs. 4 S. 1 HGB und § 268 Abs. 5 S. 1 HGB im Anhang dargestellt.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert zum Vorjahr die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuches maßgebend.

Anlagevermögen

Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen sind zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, bewertet. Die Abschreibungen werden unter Beachtung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer und der handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen festgelegt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgten nach der linearen Methode.

Geringwertige Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten über € 250,00 und bis zu € 800,00 wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben und im Anlagengitter als Abgang gezeigt.

Die Bewertung der Finanzanlagen erfolgte zu Anschaffungskosten oder zu einem niedrigeren Wert, der den Vermögensgegenständen am Bilanzstichtag beizulegen war.

Vorratsvermögen

Die Vorräte wurden in Übereinstimmung mit den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften zu Anschaffungs- und Herstellungskosten oder zu einem niedrigeren Wert, der den Gegenständen am Abschlussstichtag beizulegen ist, bewertet.

Die Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe wurden grundsätzlich zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet, es wurden gewogene Durchschnittspreise zu Grunde gelegt. Schwer verwertbare Rohstoffe wurden abgewertet.

Forderungen, sonstige Vermögensgegenstände, flüssige Mittel, aktive latente Steuern

sind mit den Nennwerten angesetzt.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet worden. Zur Abdeckung des allgemeinen Kreditrisikos wird eine angemessene Pauschalwertberichtigung auf den Bestand der Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen gebildet. Uneinbringliche Forderungen waren nicht zu verzeichnen. Einzelwertberichtigungen auf Forderungen wurden aktivisch abgesetzt.

Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Als aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden Ausgaben im Berichtsjahr ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand der Folgejahre darstellen. Der Ansatz erfolgt zum Nennwert.

Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten

sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
