I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet.
Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.
Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und bei der Offenlegung (§§ 288, 326 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.
Gemäß Artikel 67 Abs. 8 S. 2 EGHGB wurden die Vorjahreszahlen nicht an die neuen Vorschriften des BilMoG angepasst.
Von dem Wahlrecht zum Ansatz aktiver latenter Steuern aufgrund sich ergebender Steuerentlastungen nach § 274 Abs. 1 S. 2 HGB wird kein Gebrauch gemacht.

II. Angaben zur Bilanz

A. Allgemeine Angaben

Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 wurden nach den Bestimmungen des HGB gegliedert. Posten, die im Geschäftsjahr keinen Betrag ausweisen, werden dabei nicht angeführt.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden an den ertragsteuerlichen Vorschriften ausgerichtet.

B. Erläuterungen und ergänzende Angaben zur Bilanz

Anlagevermögen
Die Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten, vermindert um die planmäßigen und außerplanmäßigen Abschreibungen bewertet. Bei der Ermittlung der planmäßigen Abschreibungen kam generell die lineare Abschreibungsmethode (zeitanteilig) zur Anwendung. Die Abschreibungsdauer wurde unter Zugrundelegung der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer geschätzt.
Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt.

Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert aktiviert. Das Niederstwertprinzip wurde beachtet. Wertberichtigungen waren nicht erforderlich

Beim Umlaufvermögen wurden keine Abschreibungen nach steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen.

Eigenkapital
Das Stammkapital beträgt EURO 25.000,00.
Es ist vollständig eingezahlt.

Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten

Rückstellungen wurden nur im Rahmen des § 249 HGB und Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden nach den Vorschriften des § 250 HGB gebildet. Haftungsverhältnisse i.S. Von § 251 sind ggf. nachfolgend gesondert angegeben.

Verbindlichkeiten
Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Einzelaufstellungen der Verbindlichkeiten liegen vor.

III. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Der Gewinn – und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne des § 251 HGB bestanden nicht.
