ANHANG

I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des HGB aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft nach § 267 Absatz 1 HGB.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften teils linear bzw. degressiv vermindert.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens von Werten zwischen EURO 150,01 und mehr als 1.000 EUROwurden im Jahr des Zugangs aktiviert und in 5 Jahren mit 20 % linear abgeschrieben.

Forderungen sind zum Nennwert angesetzt, flüssige Mittel zu Nominalwerten.

Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag bewertet.

II. Erläuterungen der Bilanz

Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens ist im Anlagenspiegel dargestellt, der nicht offengelegt wird.

Die Verbindlichkeiten betragen zum 31.12.2010 insgesamt EURO 34.926,37, davon haben EURO 21.930,00 eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr, EURO 12.996,37 eine Restlaufzeit bis zu 5 Jahren. Restlaufzeiten über 5 Jahre und Pfandrechte bestehen nicht.
