Die Gesellschaft ist nach der Vorschrift des § 267a HGB eine Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften nach HB §266, §274a, §276. wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

1. Anlagevermögen
Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt.

2. Umlaufvermögen
Die Vorräte sind zu Herstellkosten bewertet. Alle erkennbaren Risiken, werden durch angemessene Abwertungen berücksichtigt. Bei Forderungen erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

3. Verbindlichkeiten
Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt und sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Sicherheiten hierfür bestehen nicht.

Sonstige Angaben

Es werden keine Sonstigen Angaben zum Jahresabschluss gemacht.

Alleinvertretungsberechtigter Geschäftsführer ist zum Bilanzstichtag 30. April 2023 ist Herr Dr. Marcus Elzenheimer.
