für das Geschäftsjahr 2022

Der Jahresabschluss der Fa. KIT Systems GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 wurde nach den Vorschriften in §§ 242 ff HGB unter Beachtung der ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften in §§ 264 ff HGB erstellt.

Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz zum 31. Dezember 2021 wurden unverändert übernommen.

Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Sachanlagen sind zu den Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der linearen und degressiven Methode angesetzt. Die
betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer beträgt 2 - 8 Jahre. Geringwertige Anlagegegenstände werden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.
Das Umlaufvermögen ist zum Nominalwert unter Berücksichtigung von Einzelwertberichtigungen bei den Lieferantenforderungen ausgewiesen. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu Einstandspreisen unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips.

Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme und die Verbindlichkeiten mit den Rückzahlungsbeträgen ausgewiesen.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens geht aus dem beigefügten Anlageverzeichnis hervor.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind ungesichert.
