Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

A. Allgemeine Angaben zur Gesellschaft

Die Gesellschaft firmiert unter dem Namen INSTALANTO GmbH und hat ihren Sitz in Schwedt/Oder. Sie wird beim Amtsgericht Neuruppin unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 14806 geführt.

B. Allgemeine Hinweise

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gem. den §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Um die Klarheit der Darstellung zu verbessern, haben wir "davon-Vermerke" zu Posten der Bilanz sowie der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung in den Anhang aufgenommen. Der Jahresabschluss ist vor Ergebnisverwendung aufgestellt worden.

C. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Durch die Verschmelzungen mit der LÖWENGAMUT UG, der AGRICHOR Ökolandbau GmbH, Kranichgarten UG und der Moränenberg UG mit Wirkung auf den 1. Januar 2023 ist die Vergleichbarkeit zu den Vorjahreszahlen nur eingeschränkt gegeben.

Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses sind die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend.

Die erworbenen immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die lineare Abschreibung bewertet.

Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Die Vornahme der planmäßigen Abschreibungen erfolgt unter Zugrundelegung der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer nach der linearen Methode.

Bewegliche Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens, die eine selbstständige Nutzungsfähigkeit besitzen, mit einem Wert von mehr als € 250,00 und weniger als € 800,00 werden im Zugangsjahr in voller Höhe abgeschrieben.

Das Finanzanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Soweit erforderlich werden Abschreibungen vorgenommen.

Der Ansatz des Vorratsvermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Ein aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurde gebildet, für anteilige Ausgaben aus der Zeit vor dem Abschlussstichtag, die Aufwendungen für Folgejahre darstellen.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, sie sind mit den nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

D. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu den einzelnen Posten

Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegen Gesellschafter i.H.v. € 840.096,82 (Vorjahr: € 11.961,54) enthalten.

D. Sonstige Pflichtangaben

Über die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Schuldposten hinaus bestehen langfristige sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen aus Miet- und Leasingverträgen sowie sonstigen Verträgen mit folgenden geschätzten Belastungen:
