Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

I. Allgemeine Hinweise

Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Schwerin und ist im Handelsregister Schwerin unterHRB 926 unter der Firma Com In GmbH Computersystemhaus eingetragen.Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde gemäß §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Der Jahresabschluss ist vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt worden.Die Gliederung der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung entspricht den §§ 266 und 275 HGB sowie § 42 GmbHG. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Die Aufstellung des Anhangs erfolgte unter teilweiser Inanspruchnahme der größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem. § 288 Abs. 1 HGB. Das Geschäftsjahr entspricht dem Kalenderjahr.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter Annahme der Fortführung der Unternehmenstätigkeit gemäß § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Für die Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses waren unverändert die nachfolgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden maßgebend. Die Bilanzgliederung wurde gegenüber dem Vorjahr nicht geändert. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens sind zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterliegen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige, nutzungsbedingte Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer und werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Die Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter im Berichtsjahr mit einem Wert von bis zu EUR 800,00 wurden im Jahr der Anschaffung oder Herstellung vollständig in Abzug gebracht. Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips. Die fertigen Erzeugnisse und Waren werden gemäß dem strengen Niederstwertprinzip nach § 253 Abs. 4 HGB mit den durchschnittlichen Anschaffungskosten bzw. letzten Einkaufspreisen bewertet. Notwendige Abschläge auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert wurden vorgenommen. Die fertigen Erzeugnisse sind zu Herstellungskosten gemäß § 255 Abs. 2 HGB bewertet. Bestandsrisiken aus Lagerdauer und Gängigkeit der Erzeugnisse wurden angemessen berücksichtigt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bzw. ihrem niedrigeren beizulegendem Wert am Bilanzstichtag bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalbetrag abzüglich ggf. erforderlicher Einzelwertberichtigungen bewertet. Kassenbestand sowie Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und wurden mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

1. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz

Der Unterschiedsbetrag zwischen der Bewertung der Pensionsrückstellung mit dem 10-Jahresdurchschnittszinssatz und dem 7-Jahresdurchschnittszinssatz beträgt zum Stichtag EUR 10.897 (Vorjahr: EUR 48.298) und unterliegt der Ausschüttungssperre gem. § 253 Abs. 6 Satz 2 HGB. Die Steuerrückstellungen sind in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Anfalls aufgrund des steuerlichen Gewinns dotiert. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. Die Restlaufzeiten der Verbindlichkeiten ergeben sich aus der Bilanz.

2. Erläuterungen zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung

Für die Darstellung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB gewählt.

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Die durchschnittliche Anzahl der während des Geschäftsjahrs beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer belief sich auf 21 (Vorjahr: 22).
