Die Erstellung des vorliegenden Abschlusses erfolgte unter Beachtung der handelsrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsvorschriften.

Für die Ordnungsmäßigkeit dieser Zahlen übernehmen wir keinerlei Haftung, auch nicht gegenüber Dritten.

Das abnutzbare Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen, das nicht abnutzbare Anlagevermögen zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Eine materielle Überprüfung der Inventur und eine Überprüfung der Wertansätze waren nicht Gegenstand des Auftrages.

Die Forderungen sind mit ihrem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Eine Überprüfung des bestehenden Kontokorrents war nicht Gegenstand des Auftrags.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die Überprüfung der Vollständigkeit des Kontokorrents war nicht Gegenstand meines Auftrags.

Grundsätzliche Änderungen gegenüber dem Vorjahr in der Ausübung von Bewertungswahlrechten sind nicht zu verzeichnen.

Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz- und GuV-Posten entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Einzelheiten sind dem beigefügten Erläuterungsbericht zu den einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses zu entnehmen.

Aufgrund der Größenklasseneinteilung des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB ist die Kapitalgesellschaft nicht prüfungspflichtig.
