ANHANG

Die Bilanz der EPT Systems GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2010 entspricht den Gliederungsvorschriften des § 266 HGB.

Bei der Bewertung der einzelnen Positionen der Bilanz wurden die handelsrechtlichen Bewertungsvorschriften beachtet. Die Abschreibungen auf die Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden planmäßig nach der linearen Methode entsprechend der gewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Von der Möglichkeit, Anlagegüter mit Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten in voller Höhe abzuschreiben, wurde nicht Gebrauch gemacht.

Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde in € erstellt.

Bei der Bilanzierung wurden sämtliche vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt.

Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr und Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr bzw. von mehr als fünf Jahren sind, soweit vorhanden, in der Bilanz vermerkt
