Anhang

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Die Firma Schlayer.Net GmbH ist zum Abschlussstichtag als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267Abs.1 HGB einzustufen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Bei der erstmaligen Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses nach dem Bilanzmodernisierungsgesetz wurden die Vorjahresvergleichszahlen auf Grund des Wahlrechts des Art. 67 Abs. 8 S. 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst.

II. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Bei der Bestimmung der Abschreibungsmethode wurde der tatsächliche Wertverzehr des Anlagevermögens beachtet.

Die Abschreibungen des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgen grundsätzlich zeitanteilig.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 150,-- wurden im Jahr des Zugangs voll abgeschrieben.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von Euro 1.000,-- wurden im Jahr des Zugangs aktiviert und planmäßig abgeschrieben.

Die Bewertung der Vorräte erfolgte zu den Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten. Soweit am Bilanzstichtag ein niedrigerer beizulegender Wert vorlag, wurde dieser angesetzt.

Bei der Bewertung der Forderungen wurden sämtliche erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt. Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor.

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages nach § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB angesetzt. Dabei wurden die voraussichtlichen Kostensteigerungen bis zum jeweiligen Erfüllungstages berücksichtigt. Sonstige Rückstellungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
