Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

Anhang

Der Jahresabschluss der more value IT GmbH, Sigmaringen, Handelsregister Ulm, HRB 727309 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes und der Gesellschaftsvertrag zu beachten.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach § 266 Abs. 2 HGB, die der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung nach § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren).

Erworbene immaterielle Anlagewerte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und, sofern sie der Abnutzung unterlagen, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert.

Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 800,00 Euro werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben; ihr sofortiger Abgang wird unterstellt.

Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen.

Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken bewertet und mit dem Nennwert angesetz.

Flüssige Mittel werden mit dem Nennwert bilanziert.

Die Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken gebildet und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist (§ 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB).

Dem Geschäftsführer wurde ein Darlehen in Höhe von 229.500,00 Euro gewährt, welches am Bilanzstichtag noch mit 229.500,00 Euro valutiert. Dieses wird verzinst mit 2,00 %. Sicherheiten wurden keine gewährt, können aber jederzeit einseitig von der Gesellschaft eingefordert werden.

In den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter in Höhe von 234.278,50 Euro (Vj. 80.188,50 Euro) enthalten.
Der Gesamtbetrag der bilanzierten Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 58.576,34 Euro (Vj. 59.558,53 Euro).

Im Jahresdurchschnitt beschäftigte die Gesellschaft 4 Arbeitnehmer (Vj. 2 Arbeitnehmer).
