Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2013

I.Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB aus.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung (§§ 266 I, 276, 288 HGB) des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen.

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (§§ 266 ff. HGB) aufgestellt.

II.Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Die Wertansätze der Eröffnungsbilanz des Geschäftsjahres stimmen mit denen der Schlussbilanz des vorangegangenen Geschäftsjahres überein. Bei der Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung des Unternehmens ausgegangen. Die Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet.

Es ist vorsichtig bewertet worden, namentlich sind alle vorhersehbaren Risiken und Verluste, die bis zum Abschlussstichtag entstanden sind, berücksichtigt worden, selbst wenn diese erst zwischen Abschlussstichtag und der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses bekannt geworden sind.

Einzelne Posten wurden wie folgt bewertet:

1. Anlagevermögen

Das Anlagevermögen weist nur Gegenstände aus, die dazu bestimmt sind, dem Geschäftsbetrieb dauernd zu dienen.

Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibung bewertet.

Grundlage der planmäßigen Abschreibung war die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer des jeweiligen Vermögensgegenstandes.

Die Abschreibungen wurden beim beweglichen Anlagevermögen linear vorgenommen.

2. Umlaufvermögen

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken werden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt.

3. Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen.

3. Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Angaben zur Bilanz

1. Anlagevermögen

Die Abschreibungen für Sachanlagen betragen 809,03 EUR (Vorjahr: 151,91 EUR)

2. Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Alle Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
