I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss wurde anhand der für die im Betrachtungszeitraum liegenden Zeitabschnitte eingereichten Buchführungs- und Inventurunterlagen bzw. erteilten Auskünfte unter Beachtung der Grundsätze ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung entsprechend der Gliederungsvorschriften der §§ 266 bzw. 275 HGB am 18.12.2015 aufgestellt. Die ihm zugrundeliegende Finanzbuchführung ist über ein Datenverarbeitungssystem der DATEV eG erstellt. Es sind keine besonderen Umstände ersichtlich, dass der Jahresabschluss ein den tatsächlichen Verhältnissen entsprechendes Bild der Vermögens-, Ertrags- und Finanzlage im Sinne des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 1 HBG nicht vermittelt.

Nach den Größenkriterien des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB ist die durch Notarvertrag vom 18.05.2011 unter dem Namen "Harnisch Büromanagement GmbH" (ab 22.10.2014 AlphaSourcing GmbH) gegründete und am 21.06.2011 unter der Nummer HRB 11573 in das Handelsregister des Amtsgericht Siegburg eingetragene Gesellschaft als Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft zu qualifizieren. Demzufolge ist sie gemäß § 316 Abs. 1 HGB nicht zur Prüfung, aber gemäß § 325 HGB zur Offenlegung bzw. Hinterlegung nach § 326 HGB verpflichtet.

Gegenstand des Unternehmens war im Jahr 2014 die Organisation, Optimierung und Strukturierung von Büroabläufen, ferner das Handeln, die Beratung und die Vermittlung von technischen Produkten.

Frau Kerstin Harnisch, wohnhaft Birker Straße 1j, 53797 Lohmar ist seit dem 18.05.2011 als von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreite, alleinige Geschäftsführerin der Gesellschaft bestellt.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01.01.2014 bis 31.12.2014 weist bei einer Bilanzsumme in Höhe von 80.735,45 EUR einen Überschuss in Höhe von 28.922,02 EUR aus.

II. Bewertungs- und Bilanzierungsmethoden

Bestehende Wahlrechte wurden einheitlich ausgeübt. Ebenso wurde dem Maßgeblichkeitsprinzip Rechnung getragen.

Das Anlagevermögen wurde mit seinen historischen Anschaffungskosten bewertet und im Rahmen der gesetzlich vorgegebenen Möglichkeiten um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen gemindert. Angeschaffte geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden gemäß den Regelungen von § 6 Abs. 2 u. 2a EStG der Vollabschreibung unterworfen bzw. einem Sammelposten zugeführt. Anschaffungskostenminderungen nach § 7g Abs. 2 EStG erfolgten nicht. Sonderabschreibungen gemäß § 7g Abs. 5 EStG wurden nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres sind der Anlage zum Anhang "Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens vom 01.01.2014 bis 31.12.2014" zu entnehmen.

Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen wurden als zum Bilanzstichtag vollwertig angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital in Höhe von 25.000,00 EUR war zum Bilanzstichtag zu Hälfte eingezahlt. Das zum 31. Dezember 2014 vorhandene Eigenkapital belief sich auf 52.237,22 EUR.

Rückstellungen für Körperschaftsteuer, Solidaritätszuschlag sowie Gewerbesteuer wurden unter Berücksichtigung der jeweils geleisteten Steuervorauszahlungen dem Jahresergebnis entsprechend gebildet.

Im Rahmen der Rückstellungen sind die Kosten der Jahresabschlusserstellung berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten auf den Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von 10.950,38 EUR sind mit 0,00 EUR als gegenüber Kreditinstituten bestehend ausgewiesen. Darin enthalten sind Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von 0,00 EUR.

Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden als zum Bilanzstichtag vollwertig angesetzt.
