Die Buchführung wurde vom Auftraggeber vorgenommen. Die Erfassung und Verarbeitung der Daten erfolgte mit dem Buchhaltungsprogramm "DATEV- Kanzlei Rechnungswesen"

Auf der Grundlage dieser Aufzeichnungen, der vorliegenden Saldenlisten, der vorläufigen Bilanzen und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen wurde von uns der nachfolgende Jahresabschluss erstellt.

Steuerrechtliche Verhältnisse

Die DESOTRON GmbH wird beim Finanzamt Erfurt unter der Steuernummer 151/107/00412 geführt.

Das Unternehmen unterliegt der Regelbesteuerung gemäß den §§ 16 - 18 des UStG.

Der Gewerbebetrieb unterliegt der Gewerbesteuerpflicht gemäß § 2 Abs. 1 GewStG.

Die Handels- und Steuerbilanz sind gleichlautend.
