1. Anhang

Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der S2 Technology GmbH, Herringser Weg 8a, 59494 Soest zum 31.12.2023 wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.
Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt.
Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Angaben zur Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Der Jahresabschluss der S2 Technology GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich mit dem Nominalwert bewertet.

Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt.

Angaben zur Bilanz

Angaben zu § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG

Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber den Gesellschaftern.

Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von über fünf Jahren bestanden nicht.
In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind keine Steuerverbindlichkeiten enthalten.

Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses

Der Jahresüberschuss 2023 wird auf Vorschlag der Geschäftsführung auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Der Jahresabschluss wurde entsprechend dem Vorschlag aufgestellt.
