Registered capital: { current, history }. current carries amount, currency and kind (STAMMKAPITAL, GRUNDKAPITAL, HAFTSUMME, GENEHMIGTES_KAPITAL, BEDINGTES_KAPITAL, VARIABLES_KAPITAL — open enum); each history entry has value, effective_from and effective_to (null = still in force). change_amount on a history entry is unsigned and does not always equal the difference between two consecutive amounts, so derive increases and decreases from the amounts. Partnerships and other entities without registered capital return current: null and an empty history.

financial_kpi array<object>

Per fiscal year: revenue, employees, active_total (balance-sheet total), net_income, material_expenses, personnel_expenses. Every year names the source of its figures in _provenance: statement_type (Jahresabschluss = annual accounts, Bilanz = balance sheet only, Konzernabschluss = consolidated accounts; null for market data), period_start and period_end of the fiscal year, plus exempt_subsidiary and parent_organization ({ entity_id, name }). With exempt_subsidiary: true the company published the consolidated accounts of parent_organization instead of accounts of its own, so that year's figures cover the whole group.

balance_sheet_accounts array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical balance-sheet line items from the published statement, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the balance sheets of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity such as electricity or gas distribution; together they do not add up to the company's balance sheet.

profit_and_loss_account array<object>

Per fiscal year: hierarchical profit-and-loss line items, with _provenance naming the source of the figures (fields as in financial_kpi). For energy utilities, Max accounts also receive activity_statements through the API: the profit and loss accounts of the activity statements (section 6b EnWG), one per regulated activity.

Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2022

I. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss der codecentric Assets GmbH für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 wurde unter Beachtung der deutschen handelsrechtlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften sowie nach den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Solingen und ist unter HRB 30125 im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Wuppertal eingetragen. Die erstmalige Eintragung erfolgte am 30. August 2019.

Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gliederung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB.

II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften

Das Finanzanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Bei dauerhafter Wertminderung erfolgt eine Abschreibung auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden Zeitwert.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Ausfallrisiken bei den Forderungen wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen.

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und Verpflichtungen; sie sind in Höhe ihrer wahrscheinlichen Inanspruchnahme bewertet.

Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

III. Sonstige Angaben Angaben gemäß § 285 Nr. 7 HGB

Die Gesellschaft hat im Geschäftsjahr keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.

Mutterunternehmen, das zum Bilanzstichtag 100 % der Anteile an der Gesellschaft hält, ist die codecentric AG, Solingen, in deren Konzernabschluss die Gesellschaft zum Stichtag einbezogen wird.
