Grundsätzliche Angaben

1. Allgemeine Erläuterungen

Der Jahresabschluss der NumberMill GmbH, Solingen, für das Geschäftsjahr 2017 wurde nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften erstellt.

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze

Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs.1 HGB.

Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen wurden die Nominalwerte angesetzt.

Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit Ihren Rückzahlungsbeträgen angesetzt.

Es handelt sich um das voll eingezahlte Stammkapital der Gesellschaft

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

5. Gegenstand des Unternehmens

Der Gegenstand der Unternehmung wurde wie folgt geändert:

"Gegenstand der Unternehmung ist die Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung von Softwareprodukten als Dienstleistung, sowie der Vertrieb von Softwareprodukten"

6. Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft

Geschäftsführer der Gesellschaft war im Geschäftsjahr 2017:
Herr Matthias Kämpfer, Solingen
Er ist von den Beschränkungen des §181BGB befreit.

7. Vorschlag zur Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses

Es wird vorgeschlagen, den ausgewiesenen Jahresfehlbetrag der Gesellschaft in Höhe von EUR 25.364,35 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen, sodass sich unter der Berücksichtigung des Gewinnvortrags aus dem Vorjahr in Höhe von EUR 4.063,38 ein Bilanzverlust in Höhe von €UR 21.300,97 ergibt.
