Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich nach den Kriterien des § 267 HGB um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft.

Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2019 der TECINVEST GmbH, Solingen, wird nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften in Form des Bilanzrichtlinien-Umsetzungsgesetzes (BilRUG) aufgestellt.

Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften sind die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten.

Auf die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewendet.

1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

1.1 Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen

Die Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen werden grundsätzlich zum Nennwert bilanziert.

1.2 Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert bilanziert.

1.3 Rückstellungen

Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und werden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden bei der Rückstellungsbildung berücksichtigt.

Rückstellungen mit einer Laufzeit von über einem Jahr werden mit dem durchschnittlichen Marktzins der vergangenen sieben Jahre abgezinst.

1.4 Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten werden grundsätzlich zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag, jedoch unter Beachtung des Höchstwertprinzips, angesetzt.

2. Erläuterungen zu Positionen der Bilanz

2.1 Anlagevermögen

Die Gesellschaft hält Beteiligungen an der CASEFOAM GmbH, FOAMBOXX GmbH sowie an der TECSAFE GmbH.

2.2 Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände

Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben grundsätzlich eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.

2.3 Gezeichnetes Kapital

Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt € 35.000,00. Davon wurden € 5.000,00 auf das Geschäftskonto am 12.04.2012 eingezahlt und € 30.000,00 wurden durch die Übertragung der Geschäftsanteile an der TECSAFE GmbH, Solingen, eingelegt.

2.4 Rückstellungen

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen von insgesamt € 2.200,00 enthalten:
