Die Gesellschaft ist eingetragen im Amtsgericht Wuppertal unter der HRB Nummer 29658.

1. Allgemeine Angaben

Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Gliederungs- Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Größenabhängige Erleichterungen bei der Erstellung und bei der Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses wurden in Anspruch genommen. ( §§ 274a, 288, 326 HGB)

2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden

Im Jahresabschluss sind sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten, Aufwendungen und Erträge enthalten, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die Posten der Aktivseite sind nicht mit Posten der Passivseite, Aufwendungen nicht mit Erträgen verrechnet worden.

Das Anlage- und Umlaufvermögen, das Eigenkapital, die Schulden sowie die Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten wurden in der Bilanz gesondert ausgewiesen und hinreichend gegliedert.

Das Anlagevermögen weist nur Gegenstände aus, die bestimmt sind, dem Geschäftsbetrieb dauernd zu dienen.

Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden stellen sich im Einzelnen wie folgt dar:

- Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt, und soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen gemindert

- Die angefangenen Leistungen wurden mit den Herstellungskosten angesetzt.

- Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zum Nennwert unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.

- Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt

- Das Eigenkapital wurde zum Nennwert angesetzt

- Die sonstigen Rückstelllungen wurden für alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig war.

- Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihren Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt.

3. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung:

3.1 Geschäftsjahresabschreibung

Die Abschreibung je Posten der Bilanz ist aus dem Anlagenspiegel zu entnehmen.

3.2 Verbindlichkeiten

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von bis zu 1 Jahr betragen 93.749,90 €

Die Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 1 Jahr betragen 107.941,71 €.

Neben der Bilanz auszuweisende Eventualverbindlichkeiten bestanden am 31.12.2021 nicht.

4. Sonstige Angaben

Die Gesellschaft beschäftigte in 2021 durchschnittlich 9 Arbeitnehmer.

4.1 Name des Geschäftsführers
